Comment: "Idaho Public Utilities Commission: We urge you to require Idaho Power to work with local groups to develop community-owned solar projects. The Portneuf Resource Council
invested time and energy to promote residential solar installations in the Pocatello area. It is time for power companies to provide incentives for local governments and businesses to invest
in local solar projects. Although the city of Pocatello set a clean energy goal, they are currently focusing on energy conservation through Idaho Power goals. Idaho Power needs to
be pressed to work with communities to develop local solar energy projects."
