Comment: "Idaho Power's latest proposal to augment Solar Power in the state does NOT do anadequate job of enabling DER's, including Community Solar, to connect and participate in the
energy transition in our state. Benefits of DER's, including Community Solar, include bettergrid resiliency and reliability, deferred build out of distribution lines, and enabling the
participation of customers who might not otherwise be able to tap into solar energy to do so.These are all benefits to customers of IOU's, to whom the PUC is chartered to ensure
affordable, reliable and resilience energy."
