IPC-E-21-40 ORDER NO. 35950 On December 2, 2021, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) for authority to expand its optional clean energy offerings through Schedule 62 under the new name Clean Energy Your Way Program (“Schedule 62”). On August 15, 2023, the Commission issued Final Order No. 35893 approving the Company’s Application subject to several modifications and requirements. On August 30, 2023, the Company filed its revised Schedule 62 in compliance with Order No. 35893. On September 14, 2023, at the Commission’s Decision Meeting, Staff presented a Decision Memorandum detailing its review of the filing and recommending acceptance of the revised Schedule 62, effective as of August 15, 2023. COMMISSION DECISION AND FINDINGS The Commission has jurisdiction over this matter under Idaho Code §§ 61-501, -502 and - 503. The Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges, rules, regulations, practices, and contracts of public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, discriminatory, or in violation of any provision of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§ 61-502 and -503. The Commission may enter any final order consistent with its authority under Title 61. We have reviewed the record in this case and find the Company’s August 30, 2023, Compliance Filing revising Schedule 62 is consistent with the Commission’s directive in Order No. 35893. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company’s updated Schedule 62-Clean Energy Your Way Program filed on August 30, 2023, is accepted, as filed, effective August 15, 2023. ORDER NO. 35950 2 THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this order regarding any matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61-626.
