Comment: "I'm in favor of having a unique classification for crypto-mining companies. They use an extremely high amount of electricity to run their servers 24x7x365. Most Idahoans will
never derive benefit from the crypto-currency being generated so should not have to subsidize the crypto-mining companies' requirements for new infrastructure from Idaho Power at the
lower rate. This is especially true since those companies may stop doing business abruptly, ultimately leaving that new infrastructure orphaned and/or unused. If the crypto-mining
companies want to reap huge profits, they can certainly stand to spend a little more to achieve the profits."
