Comment: "It is my hope that Idaho Power will reconsider their stance on Schedule 20. By nature of Schedule 20 it makes it almost impossible and unfeasible for a company like
GeoBitmine to do business in Idaho under Idaho Power Utilities. With proper education of GeoBitmine's business model their is a clear path that would allow Idaho Power and
GeoBitmine to have a mutual and beneficial customer relationship. Discussions between them could easily solve and support this. There are other schedules such as Schedule 19 that would
allow GeoBitmine to use the power that is available and curtail when needed, this can be done at the control of Idaho Power. This is a Win Win and certainly a path to move forward. It is
my opinion that the PUC can see the difference of Idaho Powers opinion without any actual data or case studies to support their irrational "fears". Thank you for your time and
consideration to matter. "
