On August 3, 2022, the Commission set a twenty-one (21) day deadline for current
intervenors, the Company, and Staff to file comments, associated documents, affidavits, and any
relevant evidence regarding issues raised in GeoBitmine LLC’s (“GeoBitmine”) Petition to
Reconsider Order No. 35428. Order No. 35488 at 10. The Commission granted GeoBitmine
twenty-eight (28) day to file a reply, associated documents, affidavits, and relevant evidence. Id.
On August 24, 2022, Staff and the Company filed comments.
On August 26, 2022, counsel for GeoBitmine filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File
Reply Comments (“Motion”) therein requesting an extension of time (September 6, 2022) to file
reply comments. Counsel for Staff and the Company were contacted and did not object to
GeoBitmine’s request.
COMMISSION DECISION
After reviewing GeoBitmine Motion, we find that extending the deadline will allow
GeoBitmine adequate time to prepare reply comments and that no party would be prejudiced. We
therefore grant GeoBitmine’s Motion.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that GeoBitmine’s Motion is granted.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order. Within seven (7)
days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61-626. //
