IPC-E-21-32 ERRATA TO ORDER NO. 35336 On March 4, 2022, the Commission issued Order No. 35336 in Case No. IPC-E-21-32. The following changes should be made to Order 35336. Page 1, paragraph 1: READS: On October 1, 2021, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied to the Commission for an order authorizing it to: (1) modify its demand response (“DR”) programs; (2) implement associated revised tariff schedules; and (3) establish a revised cost-effectiveness method to evaluate DR. Application at 1. The Company sought a June 15, 2022, effective date and requested the Commission issue an order by February 15, 2022. Id. at 19. SHOULD READ: On October 1, 2021, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied to the Commission for an order authorizing it to: (1) modify its demand response (“DR”) programs; (2) implement associated revised tariff schedules; and (3) establish a revised cost-effectiveness method to evaluate DR.
