Comment: "I am a part-time resident of Ketchum, ID. I'm writing to express my opposition to the up-front surcharge being proposed by Idaho Power to cover the cost of running their new
transmission lines underground. I don't think it's fair to burden the entire community with additional fees just to satisfy the aesthetic whims of just a few residents whose views might be
impaired by a conventional line. Thank you for considering my comment. "
