Comment: "I am not in favor of Blaine County requesting IPCO to recoup from all of Blaine County Idaho Power customers for the under grounding of the transmission line coming into
Ketchum. The county and the landowners impacted by the lines are the ones requesting that it be placed underground. This line is over 30 miles away from our property and we should not
be included in the fee structure. Now if the county and landowners and City of Ketchum impacted by the line want to pick up the tab for the under grounding of the line - that is fine.
Requiring all county Idaho Power Customers to pay for a line that truly only impacts a very small geographic area, sets a terrible precedence."
