IDAHO POWER COMPANY TARIFF ADVICE NO. 94-04
Micron Semiconductor, Inc., Schedule No. 26
On July 19, 1994, Idaho Power Company filed the attached schedules.  These are Schedules Nos. 26 for service to Micron as a special contract customer.
Reason for the two contracts is that one supercedes the other.  The first schedule was effective May 1, 1994, per Order No. 25575.  Subsequently, the Commission Order No. 25503 re:  Power Cost Adjustment changed Micron's rate and a new Schedule No. 26 had to be filed.
Keith Hessing, Staff Engineer, has reviewed the schedules and he recommends approval.  (Copy of his Memo is attached).
The first schedule will be stamped - approved 7-21-94, effective 5-1-94 and then cancelled 5-16-94 and the subsequent schedule will be stamped - approved 7-21-94, effective 5-16-94.
