Comment: "I would like to state my objection to the incremental underground costs being added to my monthly power bill. Idaho Power will put up a supplemental power line at no
charge to customers if it is above ground but because the commissioners have requested that it be underground all of Blaine County is required to pay an additional fee. The supplemental
power line will only benefit the residents in Ketchum and Sun Valley and will not be a benefit to any of the residents in the southern sections of the valley. We have not had a power outage
since the big one many years ago and this supplemental power line is not necessary. Please do not put an additional charge on the residents of the valley that this powerline will not help in
any way. If the residents of Ketchum and Sun Valley want this line underground then they should be the ones to pay for the additional costs."

Comment: "Why would Blaine County rate payers be asked to supply"redundant power" through a short underground line? If that line is underground it should be under ground the
length of the Wood River Valley. This area has consistent winds. It has sporadic wind gusts and down drafts. The power lines are in danger of being impacted during winter storms as well
as during summer fires and electric storms. Rate payers in Blaine County and in Idaho should not be paying for a short undergrounding to benefit a very wealthy high energy need small
community. We need to consider alternatives such as local power grids near high demand areas. We need to consider some reliable backup energy sources for individual wealthy home
owners whose demand strains all energy resources. Small residential rate payers should not be required to pay for a special scenic under grounding to benefit big businesses and wealthy
residential users. Put a surcharge on those users to pay for their underground line or underground the entire line through the Wood River Valley."

Comment: "I wish to express that I am opposed to the rate increase for the purpose of undergrounding the power line as proposed. I feel that the burden of cost should be on those

Comment: "I am strongly opposed to having my rates increased to bury a secondary
transmission line for the Ketchum/Sun Valley users. I believe that there is a need for a secondary line but the cost should not be on the backs of all county residents! Those people
who feel strongly that the line should be buried should pay for the cost with a local bond or tax. "
