Comment: "IPUC BOARD, Please disapprove rate increase for all Blaine County residents forthe additional cost to bury the second power line. We think the additional cost for the cable
bury proposal should be charged to those residents who live near the buried section and thuswould benefit from not looking at an overhead line. These residents can afford it while the
remaining residents of the county can not. TOM AND JANET DUFFY"
