Comment: "IPC-E-21-25 Case number does not benefit citizens south of Buttercup Road which is far
north of us. This cost should not be put on citizens outside the benefit area. Ketchum and Sun Valley
residents have stated in public comment that if a 2nd line needs to ensure provision then they dont
want to see it. Make the homeowners and businesses north of Buttercup Road who need this
powerline (that they dont want to see above ground) pay for this, not the residents of Hailey and
Bellevue who do not receive any benefit to this new line. "
