Comment: "Anything individual home owners can do to reduce their carbon foot print and move idaho towards green energy should be encouraged. Attempts by power companies to
diminish and reduce the credit paid back towards roof top solar tarnishes that incentive. The power companies should not be allowed to get something for nothing just because they don't
own the solar panels. "
