Idaho Power, out of concerns for maintaining its monopoly, has little incentive to ensure an accurate study is completed. Grateful to have an unbiased committee overseeing this work to ensure a high quality study is completed which will allow for the right solar policies to be enacted. With rising temperatures combined with falling reservoir levels and associated loss of hydroelectric power in the future, combined with population growth and increased annual AC usage, we need to ensure we have access to low cost energy, especially those that don't accelerate carbon dioxide production." ------ From:D Crevier To:Jan Noriyuki Subject:Solar panels Date:Thursday, December 2, 2021 12:10:56 PM D Crevier 2645 E Hampshire Ct Eagle, ID 83616 Dear Commission Secretary, I am an Idaho Power customer that has solar panels. They have cut my power bill greatly. I understand why the IP investers are scared of going green because it will affect their returns. For me, a retiree, I cannot afford them constantly increasing my power bill. Solar panels allow us to break free.
