Dear Commission Secretary PUC,
My husband, Gary Richardson, and I installed solar in June 2020. We know we won't live long
enough to recoup the expense, but we strongly believe clean energy production can slow downclimate change. Please require Idaho Power to continue crediting solar power producers at the
same rate IP pays for energy from other sources. I want the rooftop solar valuation study to befair and correctly value the benefits that local, clean, customer-owned power generation
provides. We must work together to ensure customer-owned power is an option for allIdahoans. Thank you!
