BEFORE THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
Clean Energy Opportunities for Idaho (“CEO”), the Idaho Solar Owners Network, an
Idaho Non-Profit Corporation, d/b/a ISON (“ISON”), and Micron Technology, Inc. (“Micron”),
petitioned to intervene in this case on August 16, 2021. The city of Boise City (“Boise City”),
Kiki Leslie A. Tidwell, pro se (“Kiki Tidwell”), and Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc.
(“IIPA”) petitioned to intervene in this case on August 17, 2021. All petitions were made pursuant
to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA
31.01.01.071-.075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by CEO is hereby
granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by ISON is hereby
granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Micron is hereby
granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Boise City is
hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Kiki Tidwell,
pro se, is hereby granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by IIPA is hereby
granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all Intervenors comply with all rules of the
Commission including Rules of Procedure 71 through 75, and 222 through 223 of the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075, .222-.223.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
