BY THE INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS OF
IDAHO POWER COMPANY
COMES NOW, the Industrial Customers of ldaho Power and pursuant to Rule 68 of the
Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure and respectfully provides this Notice of Withdrawal of its
Petition for an Order to Show Cause and for an Order Requiring Compliance with Commission
Order No. 32745 in the above captioned matter. Rule 68 provides that:
A party desiring to withdraw a pleading must file a notice of withdrawal of the pleading
the with Commission and serve all parties with it. Unless otherwise ordered by the
Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing.
