Settlement discussions also involve parties in the related Oregon docket.  The Parties will attempt to reach a settlement regarding Idaho Power Company’s request to increase rates due to revised depreciation rates for electric plant-in-service. Per Commission Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the parties to the negotiation agree to the contrary.
