IPC-E-21-18. On June 3, 2021, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied to the Commission for authorization to implement revised depreciation rates for electric plant-in-service. The revised depreciation rates would allow the Company to recover $3,764,941 from customers in Idaho. The proposed revision would increase customer rates 0.31 percent. The Company requests that the revised rates be effective as of December 1, 2021, and that its Application be processed by modified procedure. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention period.
