Comment: "I would encourage IPUC to deny or significantly reduce the proposed Bridger increase. IPCo assured us ratepayers wouldn't pay more from their rapid exit from cheap stable
coal generation. Asking for this rate increase, while simultaneously seeking a large PCA increase due to reduced hydropower, is maddening. "
