Re Case No. IPC-E-21-17
ln the Matter of the Application of ldaho Power Company for Authority to
lncrease lts Rates for Electric Service to Recover Costs Associated with the
Jim Bridger Power Plant
Dear Ms. Noriyuki:
Enclosed for electronic filing, pursuant to Order No. 35058, please find ldaho Power
Company's ('ldaho Powe/' or 'Company") Supplementa! Attachment Nos. 1 and 2 to the
Amended Application. As explained in the Amended Application submitted on February 16,
2022, in addition to the request to recover the incremental revenue requirement of
approximately $27.13 million effective June 1 ,2022, the Company will be submitting to the
Commission its annualadjustment mechanism filings on March 15,2022, andApril 15,2022,
the Fixed CostAdjustment ("FCA") and Power CostAdjustment ('PCA"), respectively, which
wifl include an update to customer rates effective June 1, 2022. Since the Amended
Application was filed, a revised load forecast on which to base customer rates and
compute revenue impacts has been prepared. To align the test period in this case with
that of the FCA and PCA cases, ldaho Power is supplementing Attachment No. 1 to the
Amended Application with a more current revenue impact and overall proposed increase.
ln addition, attached please find Supplemental Attachment No. 2 to the Amended
Application, as required by RP 121.O1, the Company's proposed tariff sheets that specify the
proposed rates for providing retail electric service to customers in the state of ldaho resulting
from the incremental revenue requirement of approximately $27.13 million and the alignment
of the test periods for this case, the FCA and PCA cases.
