Comment: "I am adamantly oppose to constructing long overhead power lines across Oregon and Idaho. We need to reverse that concept in favor of local power generation and storage.
Look at what the power lines in California have caused. Now all of us in the West are suffering from lung-damaging air from wildfire smoke principally caused by power lines. All
during an upper respiratory illness pandemic. Idaho power needs to update their power plan. Get off all coal or any fossil fuel. Invest in modern grid power. Stop putting us at risk for an
old fashioned power plan."
