Please file the attached documents that include updated avoided cost rates for qualifying facilities
using the surrogate avoided resource (“SAR”) method:
1) Updated SAR Model;
2) Attachment A (Avoided Cost Rates for IPCO New Contracts); and
3) Attachment B (Avoided Cost Rates for IPCO Renewal Contracts).

These documents conform with the Commission’s decision in Case No. GNR-E-22-01, Order No.
35422 based on the updated capacity deficiency date approved in Case No. PC-E-21-09, Order
No. 35415.
