SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S PETITION TO
EXTEND THE FILING DATE OF ITS 2021 INTEGRATED RESOURCE
PLAN; CASE NO. IPC-E-21-06.
On March 25, 2021, Idaho Power Company petitioned the Commission to extend the
filing date for the Company’s 2021 Integrated Resource Plan from the last business day of June
2021 to no later than the last business day of December 2021.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure and establish a 21-day comment period and a 7-day reply comment period.

Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure and establish a 21-day comment period and a 7-day reply comment period?
