FOR AUTHORITY TO REVISE TI{E ENERGY EFFICIENCY RIDER,
TARIFF SCHEDULE 91; CASE NO. IPC-E-20-33
On August 2l,2020,Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Commission for
approval to increase the collection percentage of the Energy Efficiency Rider ("Rider"), outlined in tariff
Schedule 91. If approved, the Company's proposed changes would take effect January 1,2021.
On September 30, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and set an
intervention deadline of October 21, 2020. Order No. 34799. The Notice directed Commission Staff to
"informally confer with the parties to discuss an appropriate schedule for this case" after the Notice of
Parties is issued. Industrial Customers of Idaho Power and Idaho Conservation League petitioned to
intervene, and the Commission granted their petitions.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff conferred with the parties to discuss an appropriate schedule for this case. Based on that
conversation, Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure, setting a
November t8,2020 comment deadline and a December2,2020 reply comment deadline.
