I have enclosed a Summons, a Formal Complaint by Wood Hydro, LLC against Idaho Power
Company, and an Answer and Cross-Complaint filed by Idaho Power in Case No. IPC-E-2O-
28. ln the Complaint, Wood Hydro, LLC, alleges Idaho Power Company unlawfully withheld
payments due to Wood Hydro, LLC under a firm energy sales agreement. In the Answer
and Cross-Complaint Idaho Power alleges Wood Hydro, LLC, Enel Green Power North
America, Inc., and Central Rivers Power US, LLC owe ldaho Power a lump sum repayment
for the permanent curtailment of annual net energy amounts, as defined and determined
by each qualiffing facility's respective contract with Idaho Power.
As directed in the Summons, please file a written response to the Cross-Complaint with this
Commission within 2t days of the service date of the Summons.
