ORDER NO. 34756

On August 13, 2020, Coleman Hydroelectric, LLC (“Coleman”) filed a request for
additional time to file written comments. Coleman explained it needs more time to file comments
because it was “unaware of the gravity of this matter until [it] was contacted by Idaho Power on
August 12, 2020, and was unaware of the comment filing deadline until August 12, 2020.”
Coleman Comments at 1. The Commission previously set an August 6, 2020 comment deadline
for interested persons and parties and an August 13, 2020 reply deadline for Idaho Power
Company. See Order No. 34726. No party in the case has objected to Coleman’s request for
additional time to file comments.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission finds no party has objected to Coleman’s request for an extension of
time to file written comments. Further, the Commission finds that Coleman has provided good
cause for its request for more time. Accordingly, the Commission grants Coleman’s request for
additional time to file written comments.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Coleman’s request for additional time to file written
comments is granted. Coleman shall have until the close of business on Friday, August 21, 2020,
to file its written comments in this case.
