WITH TWO METERS; CASE NO.IPC-E-20-26.
on June 19,2020, Idaho Power company ("Idaho Power" or "company") filed an
Application requesting authorization to remove the two-meter requirement for new Schedule 84
customers and to grandfather existing customers with two-meter systems under the current I : I
monthly netting for 10 years.
On July 17, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Order No . 347 28.
On August 10,2020, the Commissionissuedan AmendedNotice of Application. Order
No.34746.
STAF'F RECOMMENDATION
Staff conferred with the parties following the intervention deadline. Staff recommends
the Commission process the case by modified procedure and set a comment deadline of October
27 ,2020, and a reply comment deadline ofNovember 17 ,2020with two weeks for replies to
discovery during the reply comment period. Staff recommends the Commission schedule a
public hearing on or around October 15,2020. Staff plans to host a public workshop on
September28,2020at6:00p.m. Nopartyopposesthisproposedscheduleandprocedwe.
