On June 19, 2020, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company") filed an
Application requesting authorization to rernove the two-meter requironent for new Schedule 84
customers and to grandfather existing customers with two-meter systems under the current l:1
monthly netting for l0 years.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline and establish a 21-day intervention period.
