Just saying, the jobs you hold come under the banner of the PUBLIC
Utilities Commission, not the Idaho Power Commission.

Commissioners, this article suggests that your ruling favors Idaho power
to the detriment to those who want to invest in the future, renewable
energy, and those businesses who want to supply same. Since this ruling
will likely stand, here's a compromise. For those who want to installsolar panels and IP only wants to buy back their excess power at lessthan it has in the past to those people and businesses, since the
infrastructure/power lines belong to the people through this monopoly,
it's simple paperwork for the money generated back to IP to be areduction in the power costs to certain charities like the Valley House inTwin Falls or homeless shelters in Boise which then gives the
homeowner or business a tax deduction as a charitable donation. I hope
I explained this well enough and I would be grateful of your thoughts.
