Comment: "I believe the plans to change the net metering compensation program for futureand current Agricultural and commercial solar energy customers are detrimental to the move
to alternative energy sources. Rate changes that can be proposed at any time cause uncertaintyin determining the feasibility of a financial investment in solar for farmers and/or businesses
as it is a long term investment. That being said, change is part of nature. But, changes shouldbe minimized and there should be some minimum rate guarantee on the amount that will be
received."
