Comment: "I'm very concerned as a current solar owner, that Idaho Power is wanting tochange Schedule 84 Net Metering once again. They are not providing us what the future state
will look like, just ending our currently Net Metering agreement. I don't share Idaho Power'sview that more solar and Wind is a bad thing. The transition to renewables will happen by
market forces anyway. Seems like we need a better way forward, not at the expense of solarowners. Thank you for your time, Mark Berria"

Comment: "As a friend of a farmer in Idaho, I know that electricity costs for irrigation areamong his biggest expenses. As a state that supports personal freedom and responsibly, our
regulations should support each of us having the freedom to invest in our own energyindependence. For farmers with high electricity bills but lots of space for solar installation, it
makes sense to have the option to invest in their energy independence. Please do not agree tolet Idaho Power create uncertainty for those who want to invest in energy independence by
changing the rules without a plan. These are long term investments that require certainty tomake financial sense. If we are serious about supporting the agricultural way of life in Idaho,
give farmers and ranchers the ability to plan for the future. Please reject Idaho Power's requestuntil they have created a long term plan and justification of their export credit rates. Thank

Comment: "For the above case, please consider the Idaho Public Utilities Commission’s input
time grandfather in residential net-metering for 25 years. We have made a long term investment with our solar power, and believe this is the right thing for the people of Idaho, not
just for ourselves. As we solar farmers fighting climate change for the common food of all, we should continue to benefit with our net meter for the expected life of our solar panels, at the
very least."

Comment: "Installing solar panels for our state’s irrigators is a valuable tool that allows
farmers and ranchers to help control costs. They should be able to size their solar systems to cover their electrical needs. Solar is also valuable to our state’s economy by providing jobs for
solar installers, and benefits our state by providing clean energy that is produced in the greatest amounts when it is most needed. This electricity is produced and consumed locally,
with little lost to transmission, and keeps money in our state. Given the number of farmers and ranchers, the amount of energy they produce will not negatively impact Idaho Power’s
finances, nor add cost to rate payers in any meaningful way. Net metering should be continued to allow our agriculturists to help control their costs, and size limits on their systems should
not be arbitrarily set, but rather should be set based on expected and projected electrical needs. Thank you."
