BEFORE THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
On June 19, 2020, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”) applied for
authority to remove the two-meter requirement for new Schedule 84 customers and to grandfather
existing customers with two-meter systems under the current 1:1 monthly netting for 10 years.

Intervention Deadline. Order No. 34728.

NOTICE OF TELEPHONIC PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission’s Rules of Modified Procedure
contemplate that a case will be processed by written submissions without the need for a public
hearing. However, the Commission finds good cause to schedule a public hearing in this case
because of customer interest in net metering and the significant investments made by individuals
with on-site generation systems.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, after public workshops have been held, the
Commission will conduct a telephonic public customer hearing on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13,
2020 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT). Persons wishing to offer their testimony telephonically or listen to the
proceedings may dial 1-800-920-7487 at the designated time and enter the passcode 6674832#
