BEFORE THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

On June 19, 2020, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”) filed an
Application requesting Commission authorization to: 1) replace the present two-meter requirement
in Schedule 84 with a single-meter requirement as of December 1, 2020, 2) make customers who
sign up for Schedule 84 on or after December 1, 2020 subject to any future Commission-approved
changes to the Schedule 84 billing methodology and compensation structure, and 3) grandfather
customers who have applied to take service under Schedule 84 before December 1, 2020 to the
present terms in Schedule 84 for 10 years.
On July 17, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Order No. 34728.
The Commission now issues this Amended Notice of Application updating the
proposed definition of existing customer to better reflect the Company’s Application. All other
aspects of Order No. 34728 remain the same.
AMENDED NOTICE OF APPLICATION
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Company proposes to define existing
customers as any customer who: 1) has interconnected a two-meter on-site generation system to
the Company’s system prior to December 1, 2020, or; 2) has submitted an application to
interconnect a two-meter on-site generation system to the Company’s system prior to December
1, 2020 and who proceeds to successfully interconnect to the Company’s system within one year
of their date of application. Further, any customer that applies after June 19, 2020, must
demonstrate a financial commitment for a two-meter system prior to December 1, 2020 and
successfully interconnect within one year. See Application at 6.

O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above paragraph replaces and supersedes the
paragraph describing the Company’s proposed definition of existing customer in Order No. 34728.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties continue to comply with Order No. 34602,
issued March 17, 2020. All pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and shall
be deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See Rule 14.02. Service
between parties should also be accomplished electronically. Voluminous discovery-related
documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
