NOTICE OF NON-OPPOSITION
TO REQUEST FOR
EXTENSION OF TIME

On April 28, 2020, Complainant Black Mesa Energy, LLC moved the Commission for an
order extending Black Mesa’s deadline to respond to Defendant Idaho Power’s Motion to Dismiss
by eight days, from May 7, 2020 until May 15, 2020. The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission has reviewed Black Mesa’s motion, and believes the requested extension is
acceptable. Staff thus notifies the Commission and parties that Staff does not oppose Black Mesa’s
motion.
