IPC-E-20-17 ORDER NO. 34747 This matter comes before the Commission on Black Mesa Energy, LLC’s Motion to Stay Briefing Schedule. The Commission considered Black Mesa’s Motion at an August 4, 2020 open meeting. Having reviewed the record, including the Motion and Commission Staff’s decision memorandum confirming that Idaho Power does not oppose Black Mesa’s Motion, the Commission finds good cause to grant the Motion and suspend the briefing schedule. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Black Mesa’s Motion to Stay Briefing Schedule is granted. The briefing schedule set in Order No. 34714 is stayed until either party notifies the Commission of a need to resume the briefing schedule and the Commission then orders the briefing schedule resumed.
