ALLIANCE
COMES NOW the Snake River Alliance (the "Petitioner") and pursuant to Rule 45 of the
Rules of Procedure of the Idaho Public Utility Commission (IDAPA 31.01.01.45) and
respectfully Petitions the Commission to allow it to withdraw as an intervening party in this
case.l Petitioner will continue to monitor this case and will participate in it to the extent the
Commission allows for any public participation in this docket by its Order.
