Pursuant to Idaho Bar Commission Ptule 227 and Rules 19 and 43 of the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission Rule of Procedure (IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 31.01.01.043.03), the
undersigned local counsel, Kim Stanger, hereby petitions the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission") for admission of Thorvald A. Nelson, the undersigned Applying Counsel, for
the purpose of the above-captioned matter.
MOTION FOR LIMITED ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE

Thorvald A. Nelson certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the bar of
the states of Colorado and Montana;that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-
noted address; and that he is neither a resident of the state of Idaho nor licensed to practice law in
Idaho. He further certifies that to the best of his knowledge, he was previously admitted pro hac
vice in the state of Idaho in 201I for three cases before the Commission, Case Number IPC-E-
I l-08, Case Number IPC-E-I l-19 and Case Number IPC-E-I1-22;in2012 for three cases before
the Commission, Case Number IPC-E-I2-08, Case Number IPC-E-|2-14, and Case Number
BPP-T-I2-01; and in 2016 for three cases before the Commission, Case Number BWL-T-I6-01,
Case Number IPC-E-16-23, and Case Number[PC-E-16-24.
The undersigned counsel certify that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other
parties to the above-captioned matter, and that a copy of the Motion accompanied by a current
certificate of good standing from the State Bar of Colorado, and a fee of Three Hundred and
Twenty-Five Dollars ($325.00) have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
Kim Stanger certifies after reasonable investigation that the above information is true to
the best of his knowledge. Further, Kim Stanger acknowledges that, pursuant to IBCR 227, his
attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings at which Applying Counsel appears
unless he is specifically excused by the Commission. In this regard, Kim Stanger hereby
respectfully requests that the Commission excuse him from having to appear during Commission
proceedings for the above-captioned matter unless needed by Micron Technology, Inc.
("Micron").
WHEREFORE, by this Motion, Kim Stanger respectfully requests that the Commission
perform the following:

l. Authorize Thorvald A. Nelson to participate in all proceedings before the
Commission with respect to the above-captioned matter; and
2. Grant Kim Stanger's request to be excused from having to appear during
Commission-related proceedings with respect to the above-captioned matter unless needed by
Micron or otherwise required by the Commission.
