COMES NOW, the Franklin Energy Storage Projects, collectively herein, and pursuant
to Rule 56 of the Rules of Procedure of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")
and hereby moves the Commission to extend the comment deadline in the above captioned
docket until May 15,2017, from the current deadline of May 11,2017.
In Order No. 33729, issued on March 23,2017, the Commission established the current
schedule for comments and reply comments. That Order provides for reply comments by the
Company, developers, Staff or affected utilities on Thursday, May 11,2017. Franklin Energy
Storage respectfully requests this minimal extension of time in which to file its Reply comments
due to the press of other business and that this requested extension be granted to all commenters.
