Dear Ms. Hanian
ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power") became aware this morning that a Petition
for Reconsideration ("Petition") had been filed on December2,2019, in this matter ldaho
Power was not served with the Petition as required by ldaho Public Utility Commission
("Commission") Rule of Procedure 44 and is uncertain of the petitioner's identity.
lf the Commission accepts the unsigned Petition posted on the Commission's
website for further process, ldaho Power requests that the petitioner's identity be
established and that the Company be afforded a reasonable opportunity to respond to the
Petition's substantive merits in excess of the seven days set forth in RP 331.
