Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I am an Idaho Power customer and I support clean energy because it's now obvious our longer,
hotter summers are threatening to the snow pack that had driven southern Idaho's agriculturalbased economy for generations. I realize Idaho Power intends to exit coal plants by 2030, but I
believe they could do it sooner. Also, I think Idaho Power's plan should directly incorporatecustomer-owned solar.
I'm 61 years of age and have lived in Idaho and Oregon my entire life. I don't remember ever
having this much smoke in October. I'm very concerned about what Idaho is going to look likefor my children and grandchild. Please make Idaho Power get more aggressive in their
conversion to clean energy!
