Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I am an Idaho Power customer and I am writing in support if clean energy because climate
change is the most pressing issue of our time. Clean energy has become cost competitive withfossil fuels, is creating good paying long term jobs and has the potential to create substantially
more. It is good for both environmental and economic reasons. But the damage done by fossilfuel is happening on a time scale faster than predicted and therefore I urge that Idaho Power
pursue clean energy as fast as is possible. Thank you for your commitment thus far and I againurge you to be an example in the industry make the needed changes with the urgency they
deserve.

Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I am an Idaho Power customer and I support clean energy because I want utility companies to
be leaders and take action. Utility companies have a lot of power to make a positive impact onour environment and culture and need to step up and be the leaders we deserve! Public
commitment to go 100 percent clean renewable energy is important and we need to see Moreaggressive actions.

Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I am an Idaho Power customer and I support clean energy because coal and gas power come
with a massive long term detrimental environmental impact, underlying numerous issues, suchas but not limited to human heath, water pollution, aquifer contamination, social injustice in
poor and minority communities, tax payer subsidies, loss of biodiversity, and the acceleratingonslaught of rampant climate upheaval, which includes catastrophic wildfires, property loss
with human loss of life. CO2 emissions cannot continue to exacerbate all the aboveaccelerating catastrophic impacts not just on Idaho but rippling world wide degradations.
Invest in clean energy and accelerate your companies removal of coal and NG energyportfolio.

Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I am an Avista customer and I support clean energy because I care about preserving what I
love about living in Idaho, specifically Coeur d'Alene. I have loved living here for the past 34years and raised my two sons here. Clean energy doesn't require a fuel source we have to
continually pay for, one that is driving climate disruption in our state, and local communities. We must protect for ourselves, our children, and all future generations as stable of a climate as
possible, minimizing the worst outcomes of a business as usual climate. We must live withinour climate means, something clean energy allows us better to do.

Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I am an Idaho Power customer and I support clean energy because it helps us provide for a
sustainable future for our kids and their kids. Clean energy is important for environmentalreasons as well, including helping reduce climate change impacts, improve water quality and
quantity, and clean air. Our home, powered by Idaho Power, currently uses only clean energyas provided by Idaho Power. I would like this to be something provided to all and available to
all, without any price or availability differences. The sooner we can make this transition thebetter. I urge you to move ahead with clean energy and energy conservation actions at the
earliest possible time. Thank you.
