2019 lntegrated Resource Plan ("lRP") - Procedural Schedule
Dear Ms. Hanian.
After further assessment of the required analysis and necessary time to consult with
the IRP Advisory Council, the Company has determined that it will need additional time to
complete these necessary steps, and will provide the Commission with a new estimated filing
date no later than November 8, 2019. While ldaho Power is sensitive to any delay in the filing
of the supplemental IRP analysis, the Company believes this additional time is necessary to
fully vet the work currently underway and involve the public in a meaningful way.
As stated in ldaho Power's prior letter, the Company believes that the supplemental
analysis is required to ensure the accuracy of the IRP's findings, and will result in a sound
basis for the Company's continued resource planning efforts.

On July 19, 2019, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/'or "Company") filed a letter
with the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") providing notice that the Company
had identified the need to perform supplemental analysis to confirm the accuracy of the IRP's
conclusions and findings. At that time, ldaho Power anticipated that the required
supplemental analysis would be completed-and filed for Commission and party review
following consultation with its IRP Advisory Council-by October 31, 2019.
