SI]BJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER'S APPLICATION TO
EVALUATE SCIIEDIILE 84 - NET METERING; CASE NO. IPC-E-19-15.
On March 17, 2020, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power") filed a Motion to
Withdraw pursuant to Rule of Procedure 68. "Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the
notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing." IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The Commission did
not otherwise order. Idaho Power's Application was withdrawn as a matter of law as of March
31,2020. Therefore, this case should be closed.
