Power Purchase Agreement with Jackpot Holdings, LLC - Procedural
Schedule
Mr. Jewell:
On July 8, 2019, ldaho Power Company stated in its response to Staffs
Production Request No. 25 that the Company needed additional time to complete the
requested analysis as indicated in Staffs Attachment A, Jackpot Solar Economic
Analysis Plan. This additional analysis is expected to take until the end of August 2019
to complete.
Recognizing that both Staff's original comment deadline is July 23, 2019, and
that there is not another Commission Decision Meeting prior to Staffs comment
deadline, I write this letter to evidence the Company's agreement to set a new and/or
additional comment deadline for Staff after such time as Staff has received the
requested analysis from ldaho Power. A comment deadline for Staff in early
September, with a subsequent two-week reply comment deadline would be reasonable,
assuming the Company provides the requested analysis to Staff by the end of August.
