FINDINGS Commission Order No.34190 set a November 30,2018 deadline for petitions to intervene.Russell Schiermeier filed his petition to intervene on June 14,2019.Russell Schiermeier's petition is,therefore,untimely. Untimely petitions to intervene are governed by Rules 71-75,IDAPA 31.01.01.071- .075.Based on the record,we find that Russell Schiermeier has shown good cause for the untimely filing,and that he has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding and will not unduly broaden the issues.We thus find it reasonable to grant Russell Schiermeier's untimelypetition to intervene on the condition that Russell Schiermeier not delay,disrupt,or undulybroaden the issues in this proceeding.We note that,per Rule 73,Russell Schiermeier is bound by all prior orders and notices issued in the case. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Russell Schiermeier's petition to intervene is granted on the conditions specified above.
