NW Energy Coalition and Avista Corporation petitioned to intervene in this case on
November 20,2018.Idahydro petitioned to intervene on November 21,2018.Idaho Irrigation
Pumpers Association,Inc.,and Rocky Mountain Power petitioned to intervene on November 23,
2018.Vote Solar petitioned to intervene on November 26,2018.All petitions were made
pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,IDAPA
31.01.01.071-.075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by NW Energy
Coalition is hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Avista
Corporation is hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Idahydro is
hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Idaho
IrrigationPumpers Association,Inc.,is hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Rocky
Mountain Power is hereby granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Vote Solar is
hereby granted.
