On June 4,2019,The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power ("ICIP"),filed a late petition
to intervene in the proceeding.No one opposed ICIP's petition.Having reviewed the record,we
conditionallygrant ICIP's petition as follows.
FINDINGS
Commission Order No.34189 set a November 30,2018 deadline for petitions to
intervene.ICIP filed its petition to intervene on June 4,2019.ICIP's petition is,therefore,
untimely.
Untimely petitions to intervene are governed by Rules 71-75,IDAPA 31.01.01.071-
.075.Based on the record,we find that ICIP has shown good cause for the untimelyfiling,and that
it has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding and will not undulybroaden the issues.
We thus find it reasonable to grant ICIP's untimelypetition to intervene on the condition that ICIP
not delay,disrupt,or undulybroaden the issues in this proceeding.We note that,per Rule 73,ICIP
is bound by all prior orders and notices issued in the case.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that ICIP's petition to intervene is granted on the
conditions specified above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.This Intervenor is represented by the following
