On March 13,2019,Northwest Energy Coalition (NWEC)filed a late petition to
intervene in the proceeding.No one opposed NWEC's petition.Having reviewed the record,we
conditionallygrant NEWC's petition as follows.
FINDINGS
Commission Order No.34189 set a November 30,2018 deadline for petitions to
intervene.NWEC filed its petition to intervene on March 13,2019.NWEC's petition is,therefore,
untimely.
Untimelypetitions to intervene are governed by Rules 71-75,IDAPA 31.01.01.071-
.075.Based on the record,we find that NWEC has shown good cause for the untimelyfiling,and
that it has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding and will not undulybroaden the issues.
We thus find it reasonable to grant NWEC's untimely petition to intervene on the condition that
NWEC not delay,disrupt,or undulybroaden the issues in this proceeding.We note that,per Rule
73,NWEC is bound by all prior orders and notices issued in the case.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that NWEC's petition to intervene is granted on the
conditions specified above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.This Intervenor is represented by the following
